I had absolutely no idea how to go about; when it came to purchasing my first home. I was lucky enough to have met Norm who went above and beyond.

Norm took me to all the open homes I wanted to see, called selling agents and scheduled times for us to tour homes, and put in offers to every home I had told him to (eight to be exact).

Home buying is not an easy process and I was starting to feel demoralized by the crazy market. Norm was encouraging, patient and always available to answer all of my questions. I felt a hundred percent confident throughout the entire process that I was in good hands.

I can't wait to sell and buy my next home with Norm!
